Keynest Setup Instructions

Connect your Keynest key lockers to Seam by setting up your keys in a Keynest account and choosing a supported drop-off location.

Step 1: Set up your key in Keynest

If your keys are already listed in your Keynest account, skip to Step 2.

1. Sign in or create a Keynest account.

2. Select Add a new key.

3. Enter your property’s postcode (i.e. W1D 3AD in London) and choose a convenient drop-off location.

   Important: Do not choose a Quadrient locker. Keys stored at Quadrient lockers are not supported.

4. Click Use this KeyNest, then follow the on-screen steps to register and drop off your key.

Step 2: Connect your Keynest account to Seam

1. Note your Keynest login credentials.
2. In the Seam Connect Webview, login in. using these credentials to link your Keynest account.
3. Once connected, your existing keys will be available in Seam.

Step 3: Issue pick ups

Through Seam, you can schedule pick up access codes for each key. Each code will have a defined pick up and drop off time frame, and can be revoked at anytime.

Note: The key must be stored at the designated KeyNest locker before it can be retrieved.
